Job Description Summary
Smooth operation of Engineering Store through better planning, material handling equipment’s provide prompt service to the customer within time period, with good quality & lowest cost and reduce inventory level.
Job Description
Ensure compliant on local Purchase policies & compliance.
Providing material within time on low cost without compromising on quality.
Ensure no down time due to non-availability of spares.
Monthly sharing of Engineering store expense report.
Ensure to meet Engineering store targets i.e. quality/MRO.
Ask quotation from vendor and negotiate.
Making purchase requisition, follow up with vendors
Follow-up for Release of PO from Authorized Personnel
Verifying the bills and always see opportunities to reduce the cost
Documentation of Incoming and Outgoing material
Spares Management & Marking /identifications on material kept in Engg. Store
Monitor consumption/purchase trend
Planning & implementation for optimum inventory
