Job Description Summary

As Quality Engineer reporting to our Quality Leader, you'll be will be responsible for t support in the process of validation of a new product, from the design verification phase to the validation phase of the production machinery and the exit to the market. That'll involve participating in the validation of the manufacturing team and prepare the documentation associated with the validation process: validation plan, IQ-OQ-PQ protocols, and participate in the drafting of the associated reports.

Our Almaraz facility is home to approximately 200 associates and specialises in the development and manufacture of plastic, purpose-designed drug delivery systems which are supplied to the pharmaceutical industry for filling and distributed to end-users worldwide.

As Quality Engineer reporting to our Quality Leader, you'll be will be responsible for t support in the process of validation of a new product, from the design verification phase to the validation phase of the production machinery and the exit to the market. That'll involve participating in the validation of the manufacturing team and prepare the documentation associated with the validation process: validation plan, IQ-OQ-PQ protocols, and participate in the drafting of the associated reports.

In addition to close liaison with project teams to ensure support is provided to meet project objectives, your other key Quality Engineer responsibilities include:

· Prepare plans/protocols for different purposes

· Update SWI/SOP when required, with all derivative activities that this requires

· Collaborate validating product/process

· Perform/Collaborate internal audit

Educated to degree level in Industrial Engineering, preferably specialising in Quality or a related discipline, you'll have a proven engineering track record for 1-3 years in quality management within a medium- to high-volume manufacturing environment. Your other attributes include:

· Knowledge of validation procedures IQ-OQ-PQ

· Knowledge of quality systems (for example ISO 9001)

· Knowledge of statistics. Management of statistical tools.
