To-Mkt 及战略管理

  • 商业指标达成 :负责商业指标预测和采购跟进,确保部门各产品线月度BVR的精准完成;

  • 商务政策 :经销商奖励计划、促销政策的制定与实施跟踪。


  • T1 渠道搭建管理


  • T2 渠道搭建管理:


  • 授权管理 :不定期根据业务情况更新经销商授权地区及医院。

  • 新品入院 :配合BU政策,推动经销商进行新产品入院。

  • 库存管理 :及时监控渠道库存尽量确保渠道库存结构的优化及合理性。

  • 数据真实准确性:

  • 经销商进销存数据真实性与准确性的管理,催缴发票;

  • 经销商数据的规范化管理,进行库存盘点。

  • 经销商能力培养:

  • 跨BU 业务合作机会的开发与发展;

  • 经销商培训和能力发展,提升战略合作水平与合作粘性;

  • 经销商合规文化组织与学习,确保经销商业务合规合理开展。
