The MedMined Antimicrobial Stewardship (AMS) Solution Owner is responsible for identifying, defining and delivering end to end solutions that support AMS in the healthcare setting. The role will initiate, define and develop solutions that will advance AMS in alignment with clinical pharmacy initiatives. The MedMined AMS Solutions are to be designed and developed for the hospital clinical pharmacist, Antimicrobial Stewardship Team, as well as supporting the hospital Patient Safety and Quality teams. The successful candidate will leverage the BD Commercial Excellence process to deliver AMS solutions.


  • Creates and executes on solutions that support and advance antimicrobial stewardship initiatives across the healthcare continuum.

  • Directly leads core commercialization efforts according to defined market and solution requirements.

  • Leads the application and adoption of the BD Global Product Development Standards, BD Commercial Excellence and BD Way of Marketing.

  • Creates and manages relationships with end users and market thought leaders to support the capture of voice of customer and the voice of market.

  • Proactively designs and develops end to end solutions that align with the needs of Clinical Pharmacists and AMS Teams within the healthcare setting.

  • Creates Agile user stories to support sprint planning and reviews, solution roadmap and incremental solution delivery in tight collaboration with end users, UXD, marketing, software development and quality.

  • Establishes, tracks and communicates metrics for successful product launches, end user adoption and quality compliance.

  • Accountable for overall commercial success of AMS solutions.


  • Work experience in a clinical healthcare setting and/or software product management. Preferred strong understanding of clinical pharmacy workflow, pharmacy informatics and antimicrobial stewardship.

  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and manage solution requirements and agile user stories.

  • Ability to collaborate as a member of a cross-functional team.

  • Demonstrated ability to align solution ideation with market needs and then execute on commercialization.

  • Clinically educated, BA/BS required. Masters preferred.
