Job Description Summary
Primary responsibility to sell reagent by working with current customers and develop new customers. Responsible for the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, installation or delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients.
Achieve sales target in responsible area and region
Coordinates with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs.
Build up strong relationship with KOLs.
Prepares reports on market trends, consumer habits and competitive activities.
Keep customers informed on new products or services, pricing, changes, etc.
Calls on current and potential customers.
Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.
Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecasts.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Good communication and negotiation skill
Customer focus and result orientated
Good computer skill (word, excel, PowerPoint)
At least 3-5 years sales experience in Pharma/Medical Devices，reagent sales experience is preferred.
University graduates, major in bio or pharmacy
