Job Description Summary

负责标本分析前处理系统的产品在陕西、宁夏、甘肃、青海、四川、重庆、云南、贵州、西藏区域的经销商管理工作和商务团队管理工作。

 10年以上医疗行业的销售经验,熟悉医院临床客户,有经销商开发和管理经验,拥有丰富的团队管理工作经验。

 本科以上学历,IVD行业销售经验优先,其次是医疗耗材,熟悉商务工作流程。

 专业度高,学习能力强,个人素养高,坚毅踏实。

Job Description

销售及销售管理:

  • 完成区域内一级经销商的进货指标

  • 配合RSM/DSM对地区的销售进行分析和指导,提出合理化建议。

经销商管理:

  • 监督一级经销商进销存的数据

  • 帮助经销商建立合理库存

  • 评估和监督经销商的执行和配合BD政策的情况

渠道管理:

利用DPMP工具定期与区域经销商进行业务回顾,调整和优化区域渠道策略

招标和两票制

  • 与DM,销售团队合作确保重点产品在地市级以上招标项目中标,同时价格符合公司价格策略规定

  • 严格按照公司规定执行地区两票制渠道、销售等策略5. 人员管理和发展

  • 指导地区DCM/DCS , 进行业务辅导和培训。

  • 帮助DCM/DCS 制定长期发展计划,并提供指导

  1. 合规。确保自身,团队以及渠道严重遵循公司合规要求和准则
