KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要职责）
Ø 完成公司年度所辖区域的销售指标；
Ø 对代理商的分销渠道进行调整，提高竞争力及协调管理能力；
Ø 与新代理商完成合同条款，签订合同；
Ø 协助代理商拓展市场，达成销售指标；
Ø 参与产品的招投标；
Ø 对代理商和医院相关科室进行产品知识和销售技巧的培训；
Ø 与重点客户建立良好的长期合作关系；
Ø 制定明确的区域发展计划，配合代理商确定重点推广产品和市场活动。
