ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for meeting/exceeding production standards, maintaining product quality, and minimizing/preventing equipment downtime.

• Must be able to work both independently and as a team member and actively communicate with others to include workplace teams.

• Will perform continuous inspection to identify and remove critical, major, and minor defects according to standard procedures.

• Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures.

• Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function.

• Ability to read, write and converse in English or Spanish.

• Willing and able to uphold BD Values.

• Manually/visually and under magnification inspect product and be able to identify and remove defects.

• Perform quality inspections and record accurate inspection data as required.

• Tend equipment and clear jams, load commodities, move materials, and remove trash.

• Verify process steps are completed correctly in appropriate batch records.

• Clean equipment, floors, and workstations.

• Sustain a productive work environment through effective communication with team members.

• Responsible to contribute to the continuous improvement of the process.

• Other duties as required to support the needs of the business.

FUNCIONES ESENCIALES:

• Responsable de cumplir / exceder los estándares de producción, mantener la calidad del producto y minimizar / prevenir el tiempo de inactividad del equipo.

• Debe ser capaz de trabajar tanto de forma independiente como miembro del equipo y comunicarse activamente con otros para incluir a los equipos del lugar de trabajo.

• Realizará una inspección continua para identificar y eliminar defectos críticos, mayores y menores de acuerdo con los procedimientos estándar.

• Garantiza el cumplimiento de los sistemas, políticas, procedimientos y mejores prácticas de calidad de BD, y todas las regulaciones, políticas y procedimientos de seguridad locales, estatales, federales y de BD.

• La asistencia regular y puntual es una función laboral esencial.

• Capacidad para leer, escribir y conversar en inglés.

• Dispuesto y capaz de defender los valores de BD.

Las responsabilidades incluyen, entre otras:

• Manualmente/visualmente y bajo aumento inspeccionar el producto y ser capaz de identificar y eliminar defectos.

• Realice inspecciones de calidad y registrar datos de inspección precisos según sea necesario.

• Atienda el equipo y limpie los atascos, mover y cargar producto necesario a la maquina y retirar la basura.

• Verifique que los pasos del proceso se completen correctamente en los registros de lote apropiados.

• Limpie equipos, pisos y estaciones de trabajo.

• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo productivo a través de una comunicación efectiva con los miembros del equipo.

• Responsable de contribuir a la continuación de mejorar el proceso.

• Otras tareas que sean necesarias para apoyar las necesidades del negocio.

Minimum Education:

• High School Diploma/GED Or 2 Years Manufacturing Experience in Lieu of Education Required

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English or Spanish
