Summary of Position with General Responsibilities:

The Administrative Assistant will provide support to the Sr. Manager, Sales Enablement and Director, Commercial Operations acting with little supervision, anticipating needs while managing the day-to-day workflow and prioritizing various projects including scheduling, contact management, meeting management and participating in a wide range of administrative tasks.

Essential job Functions:

  • Acts as a cross functional liaison between Sales, Marketing and Commercial Operations executing various administrative support tasks at the Business Unit and Corporate level.

  • Manages office needs to maintain efficient workflows and processes.

  • Answers and directs phone calls, coordinates schedules, appointments, conference calls and meetings.

  • Prepares regularly scheduled reports.

  • Updates and maintains office policies, procedures and digital files

  • Orders office supplies and researches new suppliers, maintains contact lists.

  • Books travel, hotel and ground transportation arrangements and completes expense reports.

  • Provides general hospitality and support to visitors.

  • Primary call point and central information source for Territory Managers and District Managers.

  • Other duties as assigned.
