We are currently expanding in a short space of time and are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Coordinator to support us throughout the recruitment processes with agencies. This is a temp position for 6 months for 32 to 40 hours per week , where you will be working closely with agencies and consultancies to coordinate and facilitate interviews with a high volume of contingent workers.After hiring the right candidate you will also be looking after their onboarding. This means that you will provide multiple workshops around the ways of working of BD Kiestra and how the team operates they will end up in. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project management of recruiting temporary employees for project IKS and Migration Acceleration.

  • Act as the main contact for external agencies, receiving their candidates and sharing them with the hiring manager - pre-selection, scheduling interviews, feedback to agencies, etc.

  • Drawing up and implementing strategy on how to optimally deploy agencies to fulfill roles quickly and adequately.

  • Negotiating rates and discounts with agencies.

  • Drafting and executing the onboarding plan within BD Kiestra B.V. and the projects.

  • Wearing different hats, as you will be communicating across the board from HR to Facilities.


  • You have at least 3+ years experience in high volume recruitment or HR.

  • A degree in HR or equivalent.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with a CRM/HRM program such as Workday.

  • You can work independently, are proactive, have a flexible attitude.
