To strengthen the Customer Care Organization in Erembodegem, we are currently looking for a:
CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE
As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations with internal and external customers.
First point of contact for customers: answering calls and written inquiries, provide information concerning orders, products and deliveries.
Monitoring of backorder situations.
Follow up of service complaints: creation of credit notes, returns and replacements
Support on the daily tasks of our Customer Care Department
Supporting your dedicated group of account managers on daily inquiries such as checking stock availability, logistic profiles, order status on a cross business level.
Supporting Order Entry team and Master Data team by handling and responding the created tickets of both teams.
Handling standing orders of customers
Our ideal candidate matches the following profile:
A bachelor’s degree of equivalent in experience
You have a customer focused approach with excellent commercial and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Dutch, French and English (orally and writing)
Enjoying a variety of administrative tasks
Prior experience in a Customer Care function is a plus.
