Job Description Summary
As part of a dynamic team you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations with internal and external customers.
First point of contact for customers: answering calls and written inquiries, provide information concerning orders, products, and deliveries, focused on several product ranges.
Monitoring of backorder situations with a certain complexity
Handling service claims: logging and follow up of customer claims
Support on the daily tasks of our Customer Care Department (creation of credit notes, returns and replacements) and manage internal stakeholder management
Supporting our project team on daily inquiries such as checking stock availability, order status and logistic inquiries
Supporting Order Entry team and Master Data team by handling and responding the created tickets of both teams.
guiding our Sales teams with knowledge sharing, always with a solution driven approach.
Our ideal candidate matches the following profile:
A bachelor’s degree of equivalent in experience
You have a customer focused approach with excellent commercial and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of Dutch, French and English (orally and writing)
Enjoying a variety of operational tasks
Prior experience in a Customer Care function is a must
Actively supporting process improvement opportunities which result in efficiency
