Job Description Summary

The Project Manager Supply Chain will lead Supply Chain projects to improve regional EMEA supply chain processes (in the area of Quote to Cash, Plan to Deliver and Plan to Forecast ) to drive business, functional and regional goals.

This role also will be leveraged to assist in the identification, readiness, cutover and stabilization of new functionalities and capabilities for the ERP system.

He/she will report to the Director GSC Optimization EMEA Supply Chain and will work actively together with Senior Managers Supply Chain in the Supply Chain Optimization organization.

Working collaboratively with other SC Leaders, he/she will create a lean, adaptive, learning organization leveraging on the concept of Business Partnering, and by doing so support future growth and complexity of EMEA.

This role must embrace change in the course of supply chain transformation and pursuit of business excellence. The role will play a key role in the roll out of strategic initiatives and change in order to plan and execute strategies aligned to KBO’s and measured by core supply chain key performance indicators.

Job Description

Lead Supply Chain projects to support Supply Chain Process Excellence

  • Identification of CI initiatives and overall project management for projects related to one or more area’s of expertise within supply chain. This includes reporting and follow up for one or more projects in accordance with the regional portfolio management.

  • Assists in the assessment , identification , alignment and implementation of regional BDX Supply Chain process improvements in accordance with the standard global design

  • Collaboration with global, regional and functional stakeholders to drive business, regional and/or global goals, including providing input to communication plans.

  • Responsible for communication, change management and training related to the assigned projects or process changes.

  • Responsible to provide input to budgets and ASR, prepare and follow up financial business cases for assigned projects. Lead network and system enhancements

  • Identification, readiness, cutover and stabilization of new functionalities and capabilities for the ERP system

  • Partner with the SC COE super user network for system enhancements

  • Develop business case rationale and requirements for enhancements to processes/system and reports associated benefits realization from expected results.

  • Provide input in the design and application of the business process & system integration.

  • Support Release Management scheduling and prioritization.

  • Supports Build Review sessions to ensure meeting the business requirements & solution acceptance criteria. Support the input - and comunication of E2E Customer Centric Metrics and Supply Chain Dashboard Change management, knowledge building/retention and talent development

  • Supports users to deliver results and sustain operations, CI & Knowledge transfer, aligned to developed performance metrics

  • Supports the development of the organizational capabilities related to end-to-end or functional process and the overall Business Process Management strategy

  • Act as a change agent in driving supply chain and business initiatives and guides the team trough diverse changes
