Job Description Summary
The Global Service User Adoption Analyst will be a key contributor to a wide range of strategic GS initiatives. He / She will build the approaches, operationalize key strategies and strengthen relationships with GS and Business stakeholders.
As the GS organization continues to evolve, the Global Service User Adoption Analyst will take on increased responsibility to synthesize information from a variety of sources for global initiatives, justification of programs as well as program management and collaborating on organizational development programs across the GS organization.
The Global Service User Adoption Analyst will support the planning, integration and execution of key priorities and projects across the User Adoption team. He / She should have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage communications internally with GS, business and functional partners, along with external vendor partners.
The priorities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead / Manage Strategic Project planning and initiatives related to evolution of GS.
Lead/Manage the Infrastructure change communication workstream for integrations.
Develop key messages and communications. Partner with the GS User Adoption team members to establish our functional change and user adoption network across GS and BDX.
Create long and short term communication and branding strategies that align with GS goals.
Ability to work collaboratively across GS, Corporate Communications, Business Units and Functions.
Degree of Accountability: The individual will contribute to the achievement of User Adoption objectives by defining the approaches and supporting materials to expand integration across GS. The individual will participate on programs/projects that may contain sensitive information and is expected to respect and maintain confidentiality. High level of social interaction with GS associates and globally, to sense questions and pulse of the organization. Shares feedback, issues or risks directly with Senior GS Leaders.
Financial Impact: This role will be accountable to execute GS planning and strategic projects, including the assessment, coordination, and monitoring of key programs. There is a direct impact on creating business value and indirect impact on the monitoring of spend and cost management for the Global Services function.
Quality Impact: This role will support common work processes across the organization and across service providers.
Support GS goals and objectives through the development and execution of effective communication plans and branding strategies.
Lead and manage strategic projects related to user adoption, organizational change and new global initiatives.
Strengthen business / functional IT relationships through the support of User adoption forums and other related duties as assigned.
Support Integration activities for GS.
Works closely with BD identity to ensure brand guidelines are followed across GS for internal and external communications.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities.

5-7 Years Working Experience within GS related roles, with evidence of technical capabilities and communication platforms in a customer focused environment
SDLC Experience and Knowledge
Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Applications, in particular Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to create new content in PowerPoint
Ability to self-teach and use new technologies, e.g. Prezi, to more effectively deliver complex key messages
