BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Program Manager EMEA Quality in Erembodegem, Belgium
Job Description Summary
You will be working as a member of the Quality EMEA team and reporting to the CI & CX Senior Manager. The Program Manager, will be responsible to provide quality business support to major programs in EMEA, program management and supporting and managing process improvements.
The incumbent will have the responsibility to support major programs in EMEA and manage with SME’s the applicable Quality / Compliance workstreams. Example of current major programs are EU-MDR, Athena2.
The Project Manager will contribute to the project roadmap in order to ensure the Quality organization reach the functional Key Driver Goals to success and move a step forward the Inspire Quality program objective. This will include, process analysis, process design and process improvement activities through Lean 6sigma approach and beyond. The role will have to create a strong collaboration and partnership with the different stakeholders in the EMEA organizations to bring value added by putting in place a solid Quality support, mindset and partnership.
The Program Manager will also be a key partner of the overall Quality EMEA organization to enhance process efficiency by the deployment of Project Management methodologies, coaching and connecting the dots within the Quality department and with key departments in EMEA and globally.
Must have a passion for Quality and bring that into practice by being a role model and representing the broad Quality team.
ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing Quality / Compliance work streams in the major programs in EMEA.
Responsible for driving key projects of the Quality EMEA Organization.
Lead an end-to-end characterization of defined processes, quantifying specific gaps and issues.
Support Key company programs as being the Quality EMEA representative and partner such as Athena 2, EU-MDR/IVDR
Drive the deployment of Lean, CI, and related tools and methodologies throughout his area of responsibility.
Foster an environment for best practice sharing across all locations and Staff associates.
Support KPI definition and monthly Metrics capture.
Support and influence similar projects across the organization (Quality), providing CI expertise with coaching and mentorship.
Complies with all local and regional quality regulations and compliance when appropriate and with all business policies and procedures.

Qualifications & requirements:
Strong knowledge of Quality and applicable standards and regulations, like EU-MDR/IVDR and ISO 13485.
Strong experience in Quality, with a preference for Quality of Go To Market / Commercial Organizations
Strong knowledge around Lean 6Sigma (Green belt or Black belt would be a must)
Continuous Improvement (CI) best practices and methodologies
Project and Program Management skillset within a regulated environment and medical device environment (preference, but not required)
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, including a strong soft skill set to work in a matrix environment, influence skill, diverse environment adaptation, stakeholders management.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with varying impact.
Ability to work independently and influence, with and without direct authority, associates, staff associates, site management, and senior business management.
Ability to lead cross-functional projects with geographically diverse teams.
Experience with Lean Deployment, developing standard processes, writing procedures, mentoring / coaching deployment / implementation
Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a track record of problem resolution
Knowledge of data management and reporting tools/systems.
Ability to travel regularly (20% of the time) in the region (EMEA scope).
