Job Description Summary
We are currently seeking a Pharma QA Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team at BD, a global Medical Technology company. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and developing the Pharmaceutical Quality Management System (QMS) in our international markets. You will work closely with the Associate Quality Director and local quality teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and support our global expansion efforts. Additionally, you will coordinate with different sites to oversee the transportation of medicinal products to our markets. If you have experience in GMP/GDP pharmaceutical systems, audits, and inspections, and are passionate about ensuring the highest quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry, we would love to hear from you.

Main responsibilities will include:
Support the development and maintenance of pharmaceutical quality systems in our markets
Perform assessments, understand local regulations, and implement procedures and quality agreements
Lead GMP/GDP audits and support audits and inspections related to the responsibilities of the Marketing Authorization Holders (MAH)
Collaborate with different sites to implement and maintain quality processes for the transportation of medicinal products
Propose improvement initiatives and participate in projects to enhance the pharmaceutical quality system
Write technical documentation and communicate technical information to the different levels of management and different functions.
Escalate any significant quality issues
About you
Lifesciences or engineering degree
Experience in GMP/GDP pharmaceutical systems, audits, and inspections
Knowledge of regulations in the pharmaceutical environment
International experience
Experience in implementing processes and quality systems
Experience in projects with multifunctional representation
Autonomy and ability to work independently
Project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Negotiation and facilitation skills
Process and results driven
Able to understand the business environment
