As the Technical Service Planning & Dispatching Operator you are responsible to provide effective planning and dispatching of technical service for preventive and corrective field activities of BDB, BDDS Equipment.

The core responsibility for this role is to execute forward-looking planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance. While identifying daily opportunities to improve coordination , and that repairs are timely assigned to engineers.

You ensure an efficient tasks prioritization , while focusing to comply with service level agreements and mastering the use of BD TS system’s applications and processes. Accurate and timely execution of related administrative tasks will complete the activity in the role.

You report to the Area Team Leader or to the Local Technical Service Support Office Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the technical service organization and field operations in the assigned geographical territory.

  • Build and maintain accurately updated customers and instruments records and data quality in Service Max system, LOTS & SAP (near future) as required.

  • Manage technical service call flow as first point of contact for internal & external customers (phone & e-mails), also respond to incoming e-mails via central inbox within required time frame, check customer entitlement and defined SLA’s to identify the customer’s level of service to deliver.

  • Execute efficient planning and dispatching of preventative maintenance, installations, field actions and emergencies, ensuring tasks prioritization by identifying opportunities for combining open work orders to maximize efficiency of field service engineers based on specific criteria.

  • Plan and dispatch following the right priorities based on pre-defined parameters, to meet service level agreements.

  • Consistently follow up of preventive maintenance, installations, field actions to foster operational and administrative completion within required timelines.

  • Ensure that daily dispatch opportunities are complete and rejections timely escalated, while overseeing daily live tracking of field operations.

Your Profile

  • You have experience in problem solving & solution focus, particularly under pressure.

  • You have excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

  • You are able to have a holistic approach as well an eye for detail.

  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and other systems such as LOTS/SAP, Service Max.

  • You are proficient in Dutch, French and English.

  • You have the ability to influence without authority.
