Le Département
Au sein du site d’Eybens (38), vous intégrerez le service BP&A EMEA et ferez partie d’une équipe jeune et dynamique de plus de 20 personnes en France et aurez également l’opportunité de travailler avec différents interlocuteurs à travers l’Europe.
Vos missions
Élaborer les reportings, budgets et les plans de prévisions
Participer au suivi de centre de coûts non-usine
Préparer les activités de clôture et de revue du P&L
Suivre les KPI et les rapports de gestion
S’assurer de la bonne remontée d’informations dans le système
Apporter votre soutien à nos clients internes afin d'améliorer la performance de l'entreprise et faciliter la prise de décisions stratégiques
Assurer la standardisation des processus en coordination avec les autres membres de l’équipe
Participer aux différents projets du Contrôle de Gestion Commercial (Power BI, Pricing, Sales & GP etc.)
Votre Profil
Formation :
En préparation d’un Master 2 spécialisé en finance et issue d’une école de commerce ou de l’Université.
Aptitudes :
Avoir un intérêt pour l'analyse financière, avec de solides compétences et connaissances dans ce domaine.
Faire preuve d’une bonne maîtrise des outils bureautiques tels que Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
Être reconnu.e pour votre rigueur, votre sérieux, votre réactivité ainsi que pour vos qualités relationnelles.
Disposer de très bonnes qualités analytiques et de synthèse afin de communiquer les informations aux clients internes des différents services.
Avoir un très bon niveau en anglais (oral et écrit).
En intégrant BD, vous pourrez développer vos compétences techniques, votre capacité à évoluer dans un contexte international et votre autonomie.
Vous serez amené(e) à être en contact permanent avec différents services, et être force de proposition.

The Team
Business Planning & Analysis (BP&A) plays a pivotal role within BD. You will integrate a team of more than 20 associates in Eybens office (France) and you will have the opportunity to work with teams across Europe.
Your Mission
As a FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Perform budgeting and forecasting activities
Monitor non plant cost centers
Prepare monthly closing activities: support the full P&L review
Provide relevant data and analysis to support business decisions (KPI)
Ensure systems and tools contain accurate information
Support to identify reporting needs and continuous improvement opportunities
Work proactively with the other team members to understand different reporting needs
Be part of BP&A projects (Power BI, Pricing, sales and GP report, etc.)
Your Profile
Education : You will prepare a master’s degree in finance or controlling
Must have :
Good understanding of financial systems
Be proficient in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
To be recognized for your rigor, your seriousness, your reactivity as well as for your interpersonal skills
Ability to present financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
