Job Description

About the position

As Digital Media Designer/eLearning Specialist (f/m/d) , your key responsibility will be to support the trainers and other colleagues by digitally processing mainly technical training content in various media formats, which includes in particular concept development, the creation of web-based training (WBT´s) as well as assistance in the creation of training content and presentations for online seminars.

Furthermore:

  • You’ll play a central role in providing technical expertise to assist professional work groups and will furthermore develop our LMS, eLearning concepts as well as restructure the current face-to-face trainings.

  • You will work closely with various internal teams and will bring some fresh ideas and perspectives into the team as our business continues to convert more and more Instructor-led training (ILT) content in online training content and focuses on transferring new information, tools and knowledge faster to a bigger audience group. Here, you take over the planning with project character on your own responsibility with a subject matter expert.

About you

You have a degree in multimedia, graphic or instructional design, or a related field in training development with focus on E-Learning. A broad knowledge in digital andragogy, training- & media didactics as well as in content management are advantageous.

Further requirements are:

  • You have demonstrated experience in developing inhouse eLearning as well as in project management, especially in guiding subject matter experts or structured scheduling of e-content creations.

  • Proficiency in the usage of eLearning authoring tools, such as Articulate 360, Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Creative Cloud (in particular Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)

  • Experienced usage in visual design and preparation of training material

  • Strong interpersonal and editing, written and oral communication skills

  • Fluent in English and preferably good language skills in German

  • Previous experiences with an LMS

  • Outgoing collaboration with different internal teams and management to ensure requirements are being met and projects are kept on schedule

  • You are a fast learner!
