Job Description Summary

BD Rowa™ is currently looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist who will be responsible for our UK, Ireland and Nordics markets as well as for Australia/New Zealand. You will be a member of our global marketing communications department and based out of Frankfurt, Germany or remote (Home-Office).

This role includes a travel frequency of approx. 20-30% incl. overnight stays with focus on Northern Europe.

Job Description

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create local communication strategies for each of the regions in alignment with the overall global marketing strategy and local demands

  • Market research and development of key messages for the relevant the target audiences

  • Drive successful omnichannel campaigns in all markets with focus on lead generation

  • Adaption of the global marketing communication materials for the regions and building whenever suitable regional sales supportive materials

  • Management of the regional marketing communications budgets

  • On-going Marketing reporting

Key experience required

We are looking for you, if you are a driven, self-confident and flexible marketing professional with excellent organisational skills and experience of working with diverse international teams. Further qualifications we are looking for include:

  • Fluent proficiency in English (Level C2 or equivalent)

  • Passion and enthusiasm for healthcare and marketing

  • A degree, or graduate level equivalent, in marketing, communication, media management or economics

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing, marketing communications or public relations

  • Marketing campaign content development

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word)
