This role is hybrid offering flexibility to work a combination of on-site and remotely on a weekly basis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages product allocations from Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain for materials on short supply, product launches and other situations as they arise due to unavailability of product.
Works closely with the account executives/sales representatives to ensure PO’s are allocated quickly and shipping conditions updated as necessary
Works closely with warehouse/transportation teams to avoid any potential disruptions.
Check orders through SharePoint sites for accuracy and making changes as needed
Maintain SharePoint site and update as needed for each Business
Maintain BOTs and work with IT to make changes as needed
Meets and exceed established order accuracy standards and turnaround times.
Composes accurate, prompt, and appropriate replies to all internal contacts.
Resolves complex or unusual requests and problems that may require a customized response and communicates solution or requested information to internal stakeholders
Effectively manages communications with internal functions (Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics, etc.) to support requests, meet deadlines and find timely resolutions.
Ensures that all potentially serious incidents are raised to the appropriate levels of managements.
Identifies and participates in process improvement efforts.
Assists in the establishment of best practices.
Required:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years business related experience in a customer service role (call center environment, for example)
2+ year(s) experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to work independently within established procedures associated within the specific job function.
Proven ability to analyze data and use critical thinking skills to think outside the box.
Demonstrated good judgement; ability to leverage experience to successfully adhere to team goals.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure when needed in a deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to successfully multi-task and manage responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.
Proven ability to prioritize and make quick, accurate and appropriate decisions.
Strong team orientation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientation.
Preferred:
1+ year(s) experience working in an ERP
Experience in a medical device or health care company.
Must be able to be flexible in work schedule, including willingness to work overtime as needed and/or an occasional Saturday if business needs dictate. Must be able to work shifts ranging from 8:00am – 5:00pm EST
