Job Description Summary

This role has great influence on customer satisfaction since our customers are Senior Executives. This position will handles customer inquiries via phone, email, in person or chat regarding technical issues with software, hardware, meeting support or remote computing. This includes keeping a clear and active focus on inquiry resolution and ensuring that all the necessary actions are taken to resolve a customer's inquiry. It is critical that we provide service in a professional and courteous manner.

The Technician is responsible for all Executive Support within a predefined scope to insure the highest available support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Documentation - suggest updates of support documentation supported from Regional IT Operations and Regional IT technology

  • Documentation – responsible for documentation of local systems/solutions are up to date and made available to relevant BD IT staff and BD Service Desk in line with required service needs from the business.

  • Improve Problem and Incident management processes in collaboration with IT Service Delivery Manager.

  • This position will require some after hour work and be part of an on call schedule.

  • Support Service AnalysisWorking together with Regional Service Desk Leader to get data in order to measure areas like process compliance, Quality, Resolution process, etc.

Requirements

Required

  • Customer service experience

  • Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism

  • Desktop user support experience

  • Mobile support experience

  • Must be available outside of normal business hours

  • Must be willing to travel up to 30%
