Job responsibilities

  • Coordinates the overall management of projects in order to respect commitments, respond to customer demands and provide better visibility internally.

  • Supports project team members and leaders in the understanding of good project management practices.

  • Aside from working with other R&D personnel, frequently works with other functions such as Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Sales and Marketing.

  • Build and provide a monthly project dashboard for WW new product development project.

  • Ensures projects covered by SAIS platforms are fully completed with proper information in S2P database.

  • Coordinates and facilitates the multi-functional SAIS Project Management Committee (PMC) meetings (Agenda’s and Meeting minutes).

  • Provides training for associates on project management tools (S2P) and support new enterprise project management trainings (Planview).

  • INPD Database update

  • Risk management

  • KDG milestones and related updates

  • Commercial pipeline view

  • Prepare with core team leader and organize WW new product development project reviews. Commercial reviews, operation reviews, design reviews and business review.

  • Prepare and implements communication plan on a monthly basis for WW new product development project including :

  • Informs leaders of their nomination and enters approved projects into the PIR Database

  • Manages, updates, and publishes the Project List. Extracts and analyses information for discussion during PMC meeting

  • Through the preparation of SAIS Project Management Review: support project team to track, update and refine project scope, milestones, resources and project risks.

  • Helps the SAIS product development group to meet monthly milestone delivery target: proposes actions to improve project management performance.

  • Assists Core team leader in documenting, refining, and rolling out key processes for project deliverables.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Information Systems strongly preferred.

  • Preferred PMP or similar Project Management Certification

  • 0-2 years of experience in the PMO function or portfolio management experience,along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong record of success in creating and maintaining partnerships.

  • Strong proficiency with MS tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Experience with project management software a plus.

  • MS Project, MS Visio, MS Office, and SharePoint skills strongly preferred.

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and influence skills.

  • Strong communication skills. Ability to learn and understand how to perform the responsibilities of this position.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong problem solving skills.
