Summary
Responsible for tracking, collection and analysis of documentation and data generated from both the BDI Segment level and Business Unit (BU) site-level quality systems.
Assists with the coordination, preparation and scheduling of any required documentation, presentations, reports or meetings necessary to maintain the BDI QMS and to assist the BDI Quality Leaders.
Monitors the progress and completion of quality activities and gathers the necessary data or reports from BDI, BDI BUs and/ or associated manufacturing facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Track progress of BDI Level and site-level quality system programs against established schedules.
Collect data generated from BDI level, BDI BU and site-level quality activities.
Analyze data/ review document content including but not limited to identification of outliers and/ or noncompliance’s with BDI quality system requirements.
Organize data and prepare documents in a manner which facilitates review by BDI management.
Communicate with BDI level, BDI BUs as well as site-level teams to gather data or information on various quality processes I.e remedial action plans, document revision and processing issues, training compliance follow-up, report status and to request additional information, etc
Coordination and scheduling of any required training and/or meetings necessary to be conducted by the BDI Level, BDI BUs and associated site-level teams.
Manage document control process using the documentation database
Assist as needed in drafting documentation changes as directed.
Prepare reports for management relating to defined quality metrics.
Perform other functions as assigned by the BDI Quality leadership
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Work experience in Quality organization of a Medical Device and/or Pharmaceutical company
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and partner with Corporate and Business unit -level sites while maintaining an appropriate professional style
Effective time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills
