Reporting to the Director of Global Business Process, the Sr. Manager of Global Business Process is responsible to drivecustomer experienceand process improvements and through project management and Continuous Improvement capabilities across the Devices Cluster with a focus on Diabetes Care globally. The successful candidate will deliver effective and efficient global standardized process solutions that create significant value for our customers. This position will develop and implement strategies to stand-up new processes. The position will work with Process Integrators / Owners, Global Process Leads, and Global Master Data associates to assess business opportunities to improve end – to – end (E2E) processes. This role will be responsible for reporting progress to senior business leaders on a regular basis.

Accountability and Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager of Global Business Process will be closely engaged with Customer Facing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Plant and manufacturing processes. The successful candidate will implement critical global and local E2E business process projects, some of which may be confidential in nature. Business Processes may include but are not limited to: New Product Introduction, Order Management, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Labelling, Documentation, Finance, and Product Innovation. The role will leverage and support the Global Business Process Leaders (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Deliver, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, R&D, EH&S, Document Management, Complaints, Quality, Finance, S&OP), to deliver process improvements, new products, system implementation / ERP upgrades, and synergies. The role will lead integrated forums and cross-functional activities to deliver on commitments and improve the Diabetes Care bottom line.


Sphere of Influence (liaison): This position will be responsible globally across Diabetes Care to deliver improved customer experience and continuous improvement as it relates to the business process portfolio and execution of critical projects. Projects, including standing up new product capabilities, will be aligned to meeting Diabetes Care Key Business Objectives over the Annual Strategic Review period. This position impacts global Diabetes Care financial performance as it relates to top line revenue goals and bottom line cost savings.

  • Advanced experience with SAP and Microsoft Programs

  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean Enterprise, and Six Sigma/ Continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodology

  • Knowledge of Business Analysis


  • B.A. or B.S. degree in management or a related field required, Master's degree preferred

  • Trained or certified in at least 1 of the key skills (Project Management, Lean/CI, Agile, Change Management) with a minimum of 3-5 years of direct/demonstrated experience in one or more of the listed key skills
