The Portfolio and Resource Management Support Lead is responsible for the overall management and maintenance of the Global Portfolio and Resource Management Solution (GPRMS). The support lead role will have overall responsibility for tracking, documenting, coordinating, and ensuring resolution of all support incidents, enhancements, and maintenance activities. This role will require a solid understanding of the organization's policies, guidelines, and procedures for managing its work and resources in order to facilitate the implementation of changes and maintaining the solution over time. The support lead will drive all support incidents and enhancement requests to resolution.

This role will support activities related to the rollout of new business capabilities as well as ongoing system support, administration and maintenance. The Support Lead will manage the handoff between the solution configuration team and the support team, ensuring that the appropriate documentation and knowledge is captured to continue ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document enhancement requests and technical issues, as well as track these items to closure

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with business liaison and technical team

  • Provide a point of contact for technical assistance with vendors as needed

  • Participate in projects in order to prepare for hypercare and manage the knowledge transition from the solution team to the support team

  • Perform hands on administration and maintenance activities

  • Perform report maintenance and run reports as needed

  • Support monthly updates and patches, and drive annual maintenance activities

  • Provide updates and analytics on current activities in progress and any issues identified

Essential Job Functions:

The Support Lead will need to become knowledgeable very quickly about the organization’s work management processes, as well as the organization’s planning, scheduling, and timesheet reporting practices.

  • Strong written and verbal communications, coordination, planning and results-driven execution of assigned administration activities and tasks

  • Collaboration and facilitation within the Portfolio Management Team and with users and other stakeholders as needed

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or other related field, or equivalent work experience, is required

  • 5+ years of experience as a Planview Enterprise One (E1) Administrator and/or Support Lead

  • Proven, experienced team member adept at working in a dynamic, high pressure, constantly changing environment

  • Ability to drive requests and issues to closure

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

Additional Desirable Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Planview Enterprise One v18; experience supporting Work, Resource, Financial Model, Timesheet Management, Reporting modules, as well as daily, weekly, monthly and annual system activities
