WORK LOCATION : Port Elizabeth

Sales Representative Biosurgery and Hernia covering Eastern Cape

SUMMARY OF POSITION WITH GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Coastal Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for:

· Maintain and Develop sales within the given territory with a view of becoming the leading supplier of Hernia Systems and Biosurgery solutions.

· To grow and develop new business thereby building up a solid customer base, to ensure the budgeted sales are achieved, by continuously developing and updating client strategies.

· To assist where and when required, in the promotion of BD products through organised exhibitions and meetings to demonstrate the benefits of various products to clients.

· To arrange that strategic HCP's attend promotional meetings and to facilitate the follow up of these HCP's to ensure optimal benefit is achieved from any given meeting.

· Submission of planners and reports on a weekly basis to the direct line manager.

· Attain budgeted monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

· Salesforce.com (SFDC) usage to manage territory sales funnel (web-based planning/sales tool).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

· The ideal candidate should come from a nursing or medical / clinical background

· Preferably relevant Degree

· Excellent relationship building skills

· Confident in communicating and representing themselves

· At least 2 years of sales experience

· SFDC experience
