Job Description Summary
Responsible for broad market territory planning, achieve in-market sales target in responsible area and region.
Responsible for market events and PE training for sub-contract sales team regularly in responsible area and region.
Build, develop and coordinate with distributors on the execution of sales plans and programs.
Assist the set up of the Monitor/Evaluate KPI system of distributors, work with NSM and operation manager for providing performance trend analysis and recommendation based on report of distributors’ performance in sales data submission and product flow.
Build up professional relations with cross BU local/region sales and commercial team.
Ensure the compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet the corporate requirement and BD company guidelines.
