Job Description Summary
Primary responsibility of designing and implementing the compensation and benefits programs in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
Designing the TR strategy and implement rewards solutions in line with the Global TR principles to drive desired behaviours and objectives
Create and periodically review organization policies in the changing employee and business domains to ensure its relevance to the employee base. Organize regular feedback session with Leaders and Employees to continuously improve our policy framework in order to enable People Managers to deploy right culture and values across the organization
Implementing job evaluation framework for all unique roles and analysing gap to market for salary ranges
Partner with HRBP's and facilitate the manpower planning process to determine any addition or reduction in manpower required in order to ensure the appropriate staffing and also optimizing of the manpower cost. Maintain HC and Cost budgets across businesses and functions.
Interpret taxation, new statutory guidelines and amendments to appropriately update compensation policies to ensure compliance
Ensuring good governance and provide end to end support in regular audits, reconciliations.
Liaise with TR specialist firms such as Aon Hewitt, Towers Watson, Mercer etc. to conduct market benchmarking and compensation consulting in line with business needs, extract insight from benchmarking reports, analyze and interpret results and identify, propose and implement improvement opportunities and ensure market data analysis and recommendations are aligned with compensation strategy.
To support creation of compensation review proposals, analyze market gaps and median movements, and act as an advisor to business units in compensation review decisions.
To assist the review and improvements to incentive plans based on market benchmarks and internal reward objectives and manage the payouts for all incentive schemes.
Network extensively and develop external market insights to strengthen our existing compensation programmes and practices, and launch new ones.
Collaborate and support the HR CoE and HRBP to help identify new insights and use data analysis to help influence key decisions, programs and processes.
To support the external benchmarking on key HR & Productivity Metrics through surveys, Market intelligence etc and derive inferences from the results.
Qualification and Experience
3 - 4 Years of experience in HR, preferably in Total Rewards Domain
Post Graduate with a specialization in Human Resources from a premier MBA institute
Programming & Statistical background will be a plus
