· Responsible for providing leadership at appropriate levels in the designated country(s) and devising the Vietnam strategies for the MPS business. · Accountable for Vietnam sales objectives, customer relationships and build distribution. · Responsible for sales administration and be team custodian of Ethics and crisis management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Recommend and implement the overall MPS business strategy, including channel and distributor management, sales management, people deployment and development. · Key Account Management: Ensure implementation of high impact programs and high quality “In-service” programs in Key Accounts in order to position BD as a leader in patient safety and infection prevention. · Key Opinion Leaders: Responsible to identify and build relations with key influencers and key opinion leaders within Vietnam. · Sales Performance: Responsible for meeting budgeted business-wise top line performance; appropriate phasing of sales to ensure consistent growth; and devise systems to track in-market / secondary sales performance and ensure a healthy stock situation with Channel partners and customers. · Financial: Responsible for P&L of BD MPS businesses and hence, all metrics eg. GP, OIBT. · Building Distribution: Ensure that we work well with our existing distributors and support them in demand creation (wherever agreed); that distributor sales teams (who is focused on demand creation) are suitably trained, motivated and rewarded for growing the MPS business. Institute Sales processes to ensure superior level of service to channel partners. Look out for suitable distributors to widen our sales coverage and launch safety portfolio in Vietnam. · Sales processes: Contribute to the design of appropriate sales processes and implement it within the country/s and implement customer coverage norms, reporting, in-market / secondary sales tracking and order generation measures. In addition, generate Sales Forecasts for the country and track competitive activity and acquire competitive intelligence. · Commercial Processes: Ensure adherence to commercial processes and controls in the country/s such as acceptance of an order, credit norms, collection norms, revenue recognition, stock reconciliation, audits and mandated reports to corporate. Responsible for adherence to pricing norms as well as ensuring that goods are sold within the territorial boundaries. · Country/s Administration related to BD MPS: Serve as the first point of contact for all country/s legal, crisis management and compliance issues; and work in consultation with appropriate functions at the corporate to address any administrative / compliance / legal issues.
