Job Description Summary
As a Coastal Sales Manager - you will be accountable for meeting sales objectives, building and strengthening customer relationships and sales network for the business along with managing and developing the sales force.

Responsible for executing the overall business strategy
Develop a roadmap for the sales effort to ensure that it is aligned with organizational strategy
Lead the sales team towards business goals and ensure alignment
Ensure increase in sales volume and market penetration
Ensure increase in market share over a predefined time span
Ensure supply chain and demand planning efficiencies
Responsible for meeting budgeted top line performance – Manage, assist and support sales team to achieve budgeted sales targets for each product line
Develop and build sales team to successfully execute sales strategy of the company and address optimized market coverage.
Constantly review and analyse current business performance and other metrics; present solutions to prevent or correct deviations.
Ensure adherence to commercial guidelines and reporting guidelines as prescribed by the company to the sales team
Responsible for initiating all people related issues relevant to the business such as hiring, disciplinary actions etc.
Directly responsible for the adherence to all mandated people process for all direct reports
Responsible for managing sales expenses for the business
