As a Sales Representative, Mainline -KZN, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales within the territory with the aim of becoming market leader in Hernia Repair and Biosurgery solutions.

This position will be based in Durban.

Other Key Responsibilities:

  • To grow and develop new business thereby building on a proven customer base and to ensure the budgeted sales are achieved, by continuously developing and updating client strategies.

  • To assist where and when required, in the promotion of the products through organized exhibitions and meetings to demonstrate the benefits of various products to clients.

  • To arrange that strategic HCP's attend promotional meetings and to facilitate the follow up of these HCP's to ensure efficient benefit is achieved from any given meeting.

  • Submission of planners and reports on a weekly basis to the direct line manager

  • Attain budgeted monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Sales Force (SFDC) CRM usage to manage territory sales funnel

About You:

  • The ideal candidate should come from a medical / clinical background.

  • With relevant Degree

  • Excellent relationship building skills and confident communicator

  • Experience in medical device selling and in theatre setting

  • Good Administration skills

  • At least 3 years of sales experience

  • SFDC experience
