Job Description

Becton Dickinson Hungary Kft. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for an upstream bioprocessing role as a Cell Culture Biochemist to join our Cell Culture Team. This position requires a combination of intensive laboratory work and appropriate documentation.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintenance of adherent and suspension cell lines, analytical analysis for product quality/process recoveries and general lab maintenance duties

  • Cell culture expansions and aseptic techniques

  • Ensures appropriate cleanliness and operability of shared or assigned lab space or equipment

  • Works on routine manufacturing assignments per written procedures (batch records, standard work instructions, SOPs, etc.)

  • Maintain detailed documentation in support of ISO requirements

  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

  • Other projects / duties as assigned

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Bachelors of Science degree in Cell Biology, Microbiology, or other Life science emphasis

  • Working experience with the followings is an advantage:: mammalian cell cultures,bioreactor

  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome to apply

  • Good working knowledge of English

  • Fullybilingual of Hungarianlanguage
