As Sales Representative Hernia you will support the existing and acquire new customers in Germany. You’ll proactively consult new and existing customers regarding their needs and requirements. You will be in charge of the execution of all sales activity from new product introduction such as instruction and presentation to customers, to handling contract negotiations and monitoring the deal until closure. Furthermore your responsibilities will be:
Execution of all Sales activity: Introduction of the Temperature Management device in front of Healthcare Professionals
Development of individual sales strategy in line with market conditions
Proactive analysis of market trends and developments as well as competitor’s developments to ensure competitive edge in the market
Increase sales and market share through your desire for success
Working closely with key opinion leaders, this role will provide support for special projects and for defined key accounts
Supporting the Sales Manager with training and coaching activities
Representation at appropriate congresses and fairs, organizing regional skills trainings and round tables for Healthcare Professionals
Maintenance of our CRM tool salesforce.com by revising, updating and entering information; keeping it accurate and up-to-date
You have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience of sales in one or more industry sectors: Pharmaceuticals, Medical, or Medical Devices. You bring knowledge of healthcare, including expertise in diseases, treatments and medical procedures and skills in financial analysis, forecasting, and budget management. Furthermore, you’ll bring:
Strong focus on customer service and an orientation to the needs of the Field Salesforce
Knowledge of the German healthcare market, including competitor activity and trends
Tactics to grow volume and market share
Ability to implement sales strategy and tactical plans on the field
Demonstrated success in developing relationships with colleagues, customers, and industry KOLs
Ability to manage multiple products /projects
Have an understanding of market dynamics and business practices
A successful track record of developing relationships with consumers, customers, and key stakeholders is highly valued
Bachelor degree preferred
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
