Job Description
About the position
As International Service Trainer - Automation (f/m/d) your key responsibility will be to train our international field service organization to deliver required products trainings (commissioning, reactive and preventive maintenance of hard- and software) remote or at defined training location(s).
Furthermore:
You will cover administrative tasks like preparation of course material, machines and training completion tracking including feedback for our internal customers and controlling of learning success.
In cooperation with our eLearning specialists, you will develop and maintain continuously our existing training programs and content in a blended learning structure and implement learning and training programs for new product launches with the country service organization. With our international Trainer team, you will support the efficient set up, quality and improvement of the service training tools and premises.
Additionally to the trainer pool, you will be a part of our senior service group and support the international service organization regarding daily incident solution, problem identification and solving and escalations.
You will have an active role to drive continuous quality process improvement regarding international knowledge transfer, building up and maintain knowledge data bases with an interface to our R&D-department.
About you
You have a completed apprenticeship with an electro-technical background and a profound IT-knowledge or similar work experience within a service support or training organization as well as several years of professional experience in service and repair of complex robotic machines.
Further requirements are:
You have already first experiences in conducting trainings and with digital learning concepts.
Fluent in German and English (oral & written)
Strong communication skills with the ability to present to and influence a variety of internal and external international groups
Strong internal and external customer focus
Promote teamwork and act as a role model
Fosters connections within the international team and drives alignment
Ability to work independently and efficiently toward individual and team goals
Up to 25% travel time
