BD Rowa™ technologies streamline medication management: from ordering and logistics, to storage and dispensing to your patients. This allows healthcare professionals to free-up more time for patient care and guarantee a high level of medication safety at the same time.

About the role

As ROWA Site Leader you will be responsible for Rowa Automated Pharmacy products, Instrument Manufacturing, Materials Management, Procurement, Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics, manufacturing engineering and technical services. You will be accountable and facilitate site cross-functional alignment driving E-2-E execution across key functions, Quality, R&D, regulatory etc. meeting and improving customer experience. You will lead improvement in operational effectiveness/ efficiencies and the implementation of six sigma and lean manufacturing processes, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement (CI) and value capture (CTW).

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Actively leads development and implementation of the overall strategy for the plant. Facilitates short- and long-range manufacturing planning related to production capacity, facility optimization, quality improvement, departmental expenditure, labour requirements and organisational development. Oversees processes to ensure effective execution for all areas of the Site.

  • Ensures that the Manufacturing Site operates in compliance with international regulations and ordinances including but not limited to ISO, SOX, Health & Safety etc.

  • Responsible for developing all elements of the financial plan for the operation and effectively meeting the plan.

  • Develops and maintains Operations project priorities and provides for appropriate organizational structure and resources.

  • Directs all necessary support services to customers and sales force worldwide.

  • Provides for the personal and professional development of the Operations management staff through continuous improvement, professional development, in-house and external training as well as one-on-one coaching or other available methods.

  • Financial impact: Impacts: supports Platform Revenue of $300m+ / VOP of $100m About you

We are looking for experienced manufacturing and operations leader with consistent record in leading change. We are particularly interested in speaking with people from medical devices, chemical, automotive, aerospace, oil gas, or machinery industry.

You will also have:

  • Prior experience managing in a complex environment with multinational facets to operations and operational activities.

  • Strong project management skills with the leady to manage numerous projects, establish processes, and handle challenging interests which meeting critical time frames.

  • Strong business acumen.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Highly numerate and analytical with strong problem solving skills

  • Change management skills.

  • Ability to work in a matrix management organisation.
