Job Description Summary

We are seeking for a webmaster with proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our regional team. As a Content Author, you will play a crucial role in supporting our content strategy, capturing request from brilliant marketers across the region and putting life to the content on our websites.

Reporting to the Senior Content Strategist based in Singapore, you will be working with Regional and Country teams.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Editing:

Create and edit content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to support the development of web pages, microsites, landing pages, and other digital assets.

Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, corporate standards, and best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and create engaging, informative, and accurate content.

AEM Management and Configuration:

Maintain and organize digital assets within the AEM system, ensuring proper tagging, metadata, and taxonomy.

Configure and manage workflows, templates, components, and content structures within AEM.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to AEM content authoring.

Quality Assurance and Testing:

Perform thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and optimal user experience across multiple devices and platforms.

Conduct testing and optimization of content, including responsive design, browser compatibility, and accessibility.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, development, and project management to ensure alignment and timely delivery of content.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and address any content-related concerns or questions.

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

  • Strong understanding of web content management systems (CMS) and their components.

  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively troubleshoot and customize AEM components and templates.

  • Experience with multi-language and content localization in AEM.

  • Knowledge of AEM workflows, content structures, and taxonomy management.

  • Experience with quality assurance (QA) testing methodologies and tools for digital content.

  • Understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with browser compatibility and accessibility standards.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure content accuracy and consistency.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Have experience in using JIRA as an agent.

  • Speaking of an additional language from the region is a plus.

  • Having worked in an agency is a plus.

  • Having worked for a B2B client with strong content validation process (Workfront, Veeva Vault or other) is a plus.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, marketing, communications) is preferred.

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) certification is a plus.
