Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Quality Compliance & Health Economics Director, the Quality Complaint Specialist will be responsible to ensure the complaint process outputs provided by RCC are efficiently communicated through letters sent to customers, for all BDX Business Units in line with local regulatory requirements and market trends. The Specialist will also be in charge to ensure processes and timing are respected by local BD teams, and to see how value efforts made throughout the complaint process in the customers relationship.
The Job Holder will:
Engage and establish relationships with European shared service centre managing quality complaints (RCC) team to understand the full complaint process, let them know about any local specificities or feedback from BU or customers, and be the local RCC support for any question related to BD complaint process
Engage and establish relationships with local BDX business functions to understand their needs and expectations in terms of quality complaint management and promote the Quality complaint process locally.
Upon receipt of the output of the RCC, work with the local BU to coordinate the distribution of the information to the customer.
Support to the local BDX business units in relation with the needs of their customers, which may include visits to customer sites, data reporting, … or any “on demand” request regarding Quality complaint activities with specific accounts.
Support gathering of complaint and other customer feedback trends to help determine area of improvements and participate in corrective actions implementation.
Manage the complaints training program for new associates and refresher training for existing associates, where applicable, to ensure process, timing and any other internal or regulatory requirements are respected
Where applicable, provide periodic reports/data relating to activities for Quality Compliance management as necessary or as requested to track local specific performance and goals.
Ensure monthly metrics are well updated and prepare dashboard communication to the BU
What do you need to have?
3 years of experience in quality complaint management
Good knowledge of medical device / In vitro diagnostic device environment and regulations,
Fluent in English
Demonstrated good written and verbal communication as well as ability to develop constructive relationships with relevant stakeholders
PC literate with a proficient knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
