Job Description Summary
The HR Business Partner for Pharmaceutical Systems is supporting the regional Sales & Marketing organization, the Global Account organization, the global Core & Safety Platforms, the global Marketing organization, the global R&D organization and the global Medical & Regulatory Affairs organization that are based in Pont de Claix. This is a critical role for this organization and the HRBP will work closely with Business Leaders & Head of Department to develop and deliver an HR agenda aligned to the business strategy. Pharmaceutical Systems requires the talent, culture & leadership to support the successful implementation of our vision which is to enable our customers ‘success with high quality and innovative drug delivery solutions that improve patient quality of life around the world.
Partners with business leaders regarding HR agenda development. Creates the HR/workforce component of the business plan. Identifies the internal and external resources that are needed to accomplish the HR component, and monitors progress towards its key objectives.
Based on business strategy, works to identify, design and implement appropriate organizational structures and key capabilities required to achieve business objectives. Acts as change agent.
Assesses the business competencies that are required to meet strategic objectives, and the capability of the organization to maximize business opportunities. Identifies opportunities to fill competency gaps through talent acquisition and talent development.
Works with the appropriate BD entities (i.e Center Of Excellence, Associate Service Center, Regional HR team & Corporate HR Departments) to customize HR programs & HR communications as appropriate for the business.
Leads the functional/regional leadership team discussion of HR issues. Influences this team to introduce programs & initiatives. Identifies opportunities and problems that require decisions and approval by the leadership team. Gathers and presents the relevant information to enable the leaders to understand and take action regarding HR related business needs and opportunities. Facilitates business decisions related to approval or rejection of these opportunities.
Leads the creation and implementation of a clear Talent Management plan for the business.
Analyzes metrics, reports and data. Shares relevant information with the leaders. Determines how this information should drive change and continuous improvement across the business.
Evaluates internal and external HR related tools/options for solving business problems. Provides recommendations to the leaders, and is responsible for developing important internal and external relationships.
Provides HR leadership through collaboration with BD leaders to evaluate and resolve business needs.
May be required to act as team leader for projects associated with HR initiatives.
