You will be responsible of controlling, harmonizing and improving the Quality processes through a better IT systems integration within BD Pharm Systems. The role is focused on coordinating the quality IT projects and interfacing between the quality functions and the IT development teams.

You will contribute to the development of best in class solutions, improving the way BD is managing Quality processes End to End across the network.

You will facilitate a network of 5 manufacturing plants (US, Mexico, UK, Hungary, France) and 2 design centres (Europe and US) to bring all actors to a high level of system knowledge. You will represent BD Pharm Systems in the cross businesses forum organized by BD.

The nature of the role entails spending time abroad however travel is not expected to exceed 15%.

Main responsibilities

• Lead or support main projects of Quality improvement (multi-layered project/s with inter-dependencies).

• Provide expertise in the design and application of the business process and system integration.

• Facilitate the end user network to identify issues and share best practices.

• Train super users and end users to keep a high level of knowledge.

• Manage the training materials (process overviews / job aids).

• Solve incidents with BD IT teams and bring new functionalities to the end users.

• Propose and build tools to make system use easier, in a “Proof of Concept” mode or for more sustainable use.

• Keep One Source of Truth across locations, which must be integrated in the System.

• Define the business rules for master data management, and monitor that master data are updated by end users.

Is it you?

To deliver the results that we are looking for, you are a professional educated to master degree-level with at least 5 years of experience in Quality Operations.

You have a strong communication skill, the capacity to listen and understand users and stakeholder’s expectations. You have the ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders and multicultural audience/s.

You have analytical mind and deductive skills to understand the processes and propose improvements. You have a proven continuous improvement mindset.

You have a good knowledge of the medical regulation expectations as well as a solid understanding of the quality activities performed by manufacturing plants selling products FDA controlled (ie. incoming Quality Control, Quality Assurance batch release, Certificate management, Customer complaint, Supplier management).

You have a strong knowledge of integrated ERP systems (ie. SAP ECC) and you are familiar with Microsoft suite (Mainly Excel - including Visual Basics and Powerpoint). You are experienced of implementing Quality transformation enabling technologies.

You are fluent in English and French. Spanish is a plus.
