Job Title: Engineer 3, Engineering Services Job Family Summary The Engineering Services team makes sure our products do what they should, in the way they should, at the time they should, in ways that cost no more than they should. This will be through providing subject matter and execution excellence in early-stage design and validation, connecting with internal and external clients to determine current and future needs, planning and executing Customer Preview Environments (CPE), Extended Development Engagements (XDE) and Limited Customer Release (LCR) efforts using cross organizational collaboration. Once products are released to the general market, the most complex escalation problems are brought back to our team to lead towards resolution and help absorb the learnings. Shaping both internal and external Requirement for Implementation, Service, and Upgrade + Quickly differentiate user and process errors from technical and software concerns while escalating in various directions towards expeditious resolution. + Serve as a key resource to support the investigation of system behavior issues and verify the resolution + Apply comprehensive knowledge of DevOps concepts within the software development lifecycle + Assist BD internal leads to drive SQE deliverables to meet project schedule + Lead comprehensive LCR Simulations and Customer Preview Environment (CPE) discussions to ensure success Basic Qualifications + Bachelor Degree or above in relevant field + A minimum of 5+ years combination of field, product management, Server, SQL, VM, Active Directory, DNS, SSO experience. + Established understanding of infrastructure and relative technologies + Deep technical knowledge and experience with related technologies such as, but not limited to, Windows Server technologies, System Management, Active Directory and DNS. Nice to have Qualifications + Previous work experience on medical device in FDA regulated industry is a plus. + Post graduate degree in relevant field + Previous software and product development experience + Medical Device V&V Experience BD is an equal opportunity employer.
