About the role
As Business Development Specialist, reporting to our PI Sales & Marketing Italy, your key challenge will be to build and develop sales growth and penetration of our new RF technology, meeting and exceeding financial and non-financial targets.
Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:
Act as primary liaison for sales and technical inquiries, including KOLs.
Develop and implement field commercial strategies with AMs to improve revenues.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of sales opportunities in BD's CRM weekly.
Generate sales forecasts per account, coordinating meetings and engagements.
Cultivate enduring relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
Proactively identify and prepare for upcoming tenders, collaborating with the tender & contract department.
About you
intermediate level PC-literacy in MS Office, ideally, you will also offer experience of CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com).
5+ years of business development/sales experience in medical devices area
Proficient English.
Resident in Lombardy.
Previous experience with laser machines and/or radio frequency is considered an asset.
