BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Customer Service Medicale (VBA/Excel high skills) in Milano, Italy

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a new graduated with passion for IT who wants to join our Customer Service team and will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and developing strong customer relations, both internally and externally.

As expert in VBA/excel you will also support the development of IT solutions, in order to increase customer’s´ satisfaction and the company´s revenue.

Job Description

The daily customer service activities are:

  • Incoming calls and customer inquiries

  • Process complaints, returns and credit notes

  • Provides support in the entry-order process, ensuring that all orders are processed on the day

  • Seeks information, analyzes and resolves all order requests. When they occur, action must be taken quickly and accurately. Involving and collaborating with other departments such as finance, regulatory etc..., if necessary, while also following-up with customers.

  • Collect specific documentation that must accompany each invoice, according to customer requirements.

  • Helps to solve situations that go beyond the processing of orders (back order , loss of orders, etc ... ) to internal and external customers

The role also involves:

  • Identifying and implementing internal processes optimization through the development of IT solutions (macro, database, reporting), in order to increase customer satisfaction;

  • Collaborating to SalesForce.com data´s update;

  • Develop reports with QlikSense;

  • Analyzing complaints ‘data in order to identify causes and possible improvements.
