Job Description – Consignment Specialist
The Consignment Specialist role will be a joint role between Consignment and Supply Chain. 50% of the role will be focused on consignment related activities (order entry, customer communication, reporting etc.) and 50% will be focused on Supply Planning and inventory replenishment.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and/or product information requests according to established department and intra-departmental policies and procedures.
Support “one call resolution” - assess issues, recommend appropriate solutions and execute
Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations.
Manage the sample replenishment process with our 3PL
Manage and support a small business segment
Provide support to the Consignment Inventory Specialist
Assist in the development and implementation of specific projects to achieve the identified improvement opportunities.
Provide supply chain performance visibility to Supply Chain Leadership to enable continuous improvement through metric reviews, analytics, root cause investigation, and corrective action identification.

Collaborates well cross-functionally with other departments
Education and experience required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with JD Edwards or SAP
