Their core duties involve leadership, staff management, and ensuring the efficiency of business operations. They handle the planning, directing, and coordinating of activities. Implementation of efficient processes and procedures and are also responsible for hiring, training, and assessing the performance of staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership : Guide your team effectively, setting clear expectations, and leading by example. Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive organizational success.
Operational Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all work processes are running smoothly and efficiently. Analyze current operations and recommend improvements where necessary.
Strategy Development : Assist in the development of strategic plans, setting measurable goals that align with the overall vision and mission of the company.
Performance Management : Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and handling any issues promptly. Execute performance management strategies to support staff development and achievement of results.
Business Partner : Collaborate with our distributor partners, build, and maintain a strong relationship to drive efficiencies and navigate the complexities of the billback model.
Associate Growth and Development : Support the growth and development of team members through coaching, mentoring, and providing opportunities for skill enhancement. This includes implementing individualized career blueprints and development plans, identifying skills gaps, and providing opportunities for continuous learning and professional development.
Employee Relations : Maintain a positive work environment that encourages open communication and promotes an elevated level of morale among associates. Handle associate conflicts and concerns in a sensitive and confidential way with your Human Resources Partner and Manager.
Compliance : Ensure all activities are compliant with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word; advanced Excel knowledge including Power BI
Experience in SAP Vistex required and JDE working knowledge an asset.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills required; Must exemplify ability to liaise with multiple internal departments and our distributor partners.
Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, analytical, mathematical, and timely action.
Bilingual an asset (English & French).
