Job Description Summary
15-17 years in Sales, Marketing and Distribution led organization.
Should have progressively held more responsible positions as General manager/ Division head of an SBU with partial / full P&L responsibility with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives and manage key customer/constituent relationships.
Strong leadership skills (people, financial, sales, marketing and operational management)
To lead the strategy formulation clinical marketing and showcasing BD as a consultant in improving Clinical practices & Outcomes to the Healthcare Providers. The strategy would broadly include product, market, competition, people etc. for this part of the organization.
Build the framework for the sales organization within which people would find direction and prioritization for their work, and hence, perform as per the expected achievement and productivity levels.
The position is expected to lead from the front and demonstrate high performance in a hand on manner.
To play a lead role in building the sales organization, this includes people development, setting up and establishing systems and processes in line with the pace of the growth as well as setting up performance benchmarks.
To oversee the constant monitoring of competitive activities, trends and events in the market, with a view to ensure a highly pro-active management on business opportunities and hence market leadership.
Steer consumer understanding through market research, incorporating insights from the research analysis into the marketing plans and continuously observing competition, both direct and indirect.
Leading the effort to develop new markets and new market segments for the company in the region.
