An exciting opportunity for a Sales Lead UCC (Urology Critical Care) for Belgium (Region North) has arisen.

Reporting to the Benelux Sales Director UCC & Biopsy, the successful candidate will have outstanding relationship skills to engage with and develop key customers.

Job Description

Main responsibilities (including, but not limited)

  • Sales responsibility of c. € 2.700.000.

  • Leadership of an extensive sales team in the UCC sector.

  • Adapt sales strategies for Urology to market trends and opportunities in order to optimise results.

  • Drive sales force effectiveness, ensuring the adoption of available business technologies, tools and initiatives.

  • Manage key wholesaler, distributor and supplier relations.

  • Forecast and report results, trends, key activities.

  • Ensure appropriate training and development for employees with Urology.

  • Build close working relationships with range of contacts, including key opinion leaders, key customers, associates within the industry, EMEA Marketing team, Benelux and European work colleagues.

  • Oversee government affairs and technology lobbying campaigns within the scope of the Urology portfolio.

  • Optimise Bard’s interests with partner organisations, such as national and international trade associations, clinician and patient groups.

  • Operate within the industry’s ethical standards and the stringent compliance regulations of the corporation.

  • Maintain and report market intelligence locally and internationally

  • Participate to budget process

  • Manage external and internal stakeholders to maximize efficiency and outcomes

  • Drive the UCC team accordingly to the defined strategy and ensure executions of sales plan Profile Education A MBA or post graduate business education is preferable. Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales of high tech medical devices, preferably including Urology products and/or those within hospitals and community settings. Language Excellent knowledge of (spoken and written) Dutch and English is required. Computer skills Good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
