Join our team as a Manufacturing Team Leader and play a pivotal role in overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring we meet our business objectives. This night shift position (11pm - 11am, 3 days on and 3 days off) includes a remarkable 48% shift premium on top of a competitive salary.

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate team activities to achieve business objectives, taking a hands-on approach when necessary.

  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality systems within the manufacturing area.

  • Provide essential training to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain a continuous supply of components to production areas.

  • Oversee the transportation of finished products to the sterilizer.

  • Ensure products are manufactured to Quality System specifications, initiating corrective actions as needed.

  • Participate in recruitment, employee relations, and team member development processes.

  • Motivate team members and actively engage in continuous improvement programmes.

About you:

  • Desirable qualification: NVQ2 (ONC, CIM & City & Guilds)

  • Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes.

  • Proven experience in leading personnel in a manufacturing environment.

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.

  • Proficiency in SAP, QDMS, and LDMS systems is beneficial.

  • Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
