Job Description

We are looking for Sales Representative responsible for Targeted temperature management products in Czech Republic.

As Sales Representative you will:

  • Maintain knowledge of assigned BD-Bard product portfolio.

  • Accountable for the execution of the territory sales plan and achievement of territory revenue target.

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to optimize sales, grow market penetration and share, and successfully maintain existing business. Prepare material and sales forecasts for the assigned portfolio on a regular basis.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, develops partnerships through technical demonstrations of products for assigned businesses.

  • Owns and manages relationships with relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs).

  • Plan, organize and conduct local congresses, workshops and programs and monitor ROI on these investments.

  • Responsible for successful new product launches in the region.

  • Provide a monthly Business Report including material and sales forecast to the General Manager.

  • Responsible for establishing and executing an annual business plan for his territory in collaboration with his manager.

  • Generates and participates in an atmosphere of “cooperative working relationships” with all personnel in his country and in Bard.

  • Responsible for all compliance related aspects to the role, including adherence to relevant Bard Annexing processes for any Sales and Marketing activities.

  • Other projects/assignments as requested by his manager.

  • Advanced business acumen with ability to plan, analyze and forecast sales results.

  • Excellent communications, technical and presentation skills.

  • Computer skills. Advanced with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

This is a fixed term contract role.
