Sales and Application Specialist Diagnostic Systems KSA - Jeddah

As Sales and Application Specialist for the Diagnostic Systems, your key responsibility will be to analyse and understand customer needs, create business plans and strategies to ensure maintaining current sales & maximizing sales growth which includes covering customer’s training & application needs. You’ll play a central role in driving sales and application within your segment. Key features of the role include:

  • Conducts comprehensive user training on BD instrumented platforms and achieves customer competency, optimal utilization, and self-sufficiency

  • Demonstrates proficiency in application of BD instrumented platforms and software by uncovering customer’s needs, implementing customized solutions, and assuring rapid adoption

  • Collaborates with Technical Service and Support and Field Service to enhance customer experience

  • Provides expertise in all stages of the sales cycle by assisting sales associates in enlightening technical features and functions of BD Instrumented platforms

  • Actively engages in regional Sales and Marketing programs in delivering optimal service portfolio to the customers

Educated to a degree in Laboratory science, molecular biology or equivalent , you will already have a proven track record in a sales role in Laboratory (Microbiology & Pathology). A good team player and able to work autonomously, independently generating, prioritising and completing projects. A proven achiever, especially in a multi-discipline environment, you’ll ideally be familiar with the different in the Kingdom A strong team player, strong on business acumen and negotiation, you’ll have:

  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience in Saudi Arabia in Laboratory (Microbiology & Pathology added value)

  • Fluency in English as well as Arabic
